How are you?

My name is Rachel and I came across your site while doing research on building codes in my state. I've been hired to help on a small farm for an older woman and I want to make sure that everything is safe for her. Identifying problems is a great place to start if you need to bring in outside assistance (which I might be, but that's another thread).

I do most of the home repairs at my house as well as automotive repairs, small engine repairs, and even tools when they need that extra bit of love. I'm a mother, a musician, crafter, working towards a degree in Mathematics, already gained an AS in Information Technology, a gamer, and am awaiting my date for aptitude testing with the D.C. chapter of the JATC to become an apprentice electrician.
