Default CSST bonded to black iron pipe

Is CSST considered bonded if it is an extension of the existing black iron gas piping system or must it be separately bonded?

To my understanding, ALL CSST is required to be bonded with a bonding jumper to the GEC system with the appropriate heavy copper wire and clamp attached to the black iron pipe, etc. (not the CSST itself)
incidental bonding through the equipment ground of attached systems is not enough.
A foot or a mile triggers the same requirement.

This addresses bonding of CSST: http://jerrypeck.com/IFCN/2015-11%20...-11%20IFCN.pdf

The code reference is the Florida Building Code, but it is likely the same as or similar to the code for your area as the Florida codes are based on the ICC codes.
