    Default Metal roof, vent flashing

1st photo: Is this the proper way o installed the vent under the panel? Seems like water will go under the panels to me

2nd photo: the roofer used caulk in between the panel joints, seems like there shouldn't be a need for caulk? What do you all think?

3rd photo:The boot of the plumbing vent is cockeyed , a problem?

    Thanks for your help

Plumbing stack is correct, however the roof vent is not properly installed and prone to leakage, if not already.

Plus #2 That seam needs caulk. A seam with a generous overlap might not need caulk.
