Default Washer draining into a sanitary T, no trap. OK?

I came upon this clothes washer with the drain line going into a sanitary tea. The pipe disappears into the concrete floor, no visible trap. OK?

    NO
    - open Tee most likely letting sewer gas into the home
    - spillage and water damage concerns, hose doesn't look secured / attached
    - is the pipe going up a dedicated wet vent, sink drain, what's coming down
    - what is the long sweep draining, could pose another problem

Recommend a new stand pipe with a trap, problem solved for about $20 and a half an hour labor.
