    Default Unfamiliar break.

    Require help identifying and unusual break.
    Panel Manufacturer & model.
    Square D QO402MC.
    Can anybody identify the manufacturer of this breaker or provide me with further information.

    You have newer Square D and an older one. QO series.

    All answers based on unamended National Electrical codes.

    I suspect the bottom breaker was on the truck and another breaker was needed.

    The design has remained the same for many years.

    All answers based on unamended National Electrical codes.
