What B-vent? I see a direct vent termination. Refer to the appliance's listed instructions.
    Provide make, model, fuel, etc.

Keep the fire in the fireplace.

    Thanks Bob.
    My mistake.
This is for the NG water heater.
I mistakenly posted B-vent and not direct vent on InspectionNews.

Giant NG water heater. Model UG50-41TFDVF Serial number: A636853.
    I noted direct vent.

NG fireplace to the left. (NATURAL VENT)
Natural vent (also referred to as B-vent) hearth products take in combustion air from inside the home and vent products of combustion outside home via a brick and mortar chimney or pipe venting system installed through the roof.

    Thank you for your reply.

    Robert,

The only issue that might be a problem based on a photo is exhaust proximity to any operable window (basement), and that's due to the angle of the photo. Other than that I don't see any issues.

    Best,
