    The only reason I might say it's allowed is the age of the system and it's factory specs and I don't know what the code would have been then(whatever the age is).
    I've seen a lot of older systems with ABS connected to PVC.
    However, I would write that up and recommend 3/4 pvc.
    The one thing about ABS, it's never sloped properly.
    On my reports, if it's not PVC it's gotta go.
