    Yep, I agree - it shows why safety glass is needed.

    But . . . I think the video is either fake or staged.

    Most (but not all) surveillance videos do not have sound.
    The waitress places the glasses on the tray a bit too neatly to be cleaning up.
    The trip and fall appear to be rehearsed.
    The shattering glass looks more like "movie glass".

    I worked restaurants and bars for years and you took the words right from me.... there's no way that girl actually works in a functioning restaurant... she'd be fired before the end of one shift. And it's funny, after she stumbles rather than falling down she takes about two steps right into the glass.

    Cool glass shatter though....
