Default rats chew drain line to furnace

Tested the furnace in this bank owned home , it was cold so left furnace on for more than 1 hour , then went into attic only to discover lots of rats had chewed through the drian line for the furnace, luckly the furnace was over the garage and was driping into the drive way area after a drain hole was put in to get rid of any extra water

They did take the service disconnect , the best stolen job I inspected was where the bank owned home had a tankless water heater removed but replumbed with the TPR valve so cold water went to the fixtures
