    Default Introduction

    Hello,
My name is Collin Hickerson. I am new to this forum but old to the inspection industry.
I have retired from my government job to go into private consulting (inspection) and be a practicing real estate agent. Yes I plan to do both. So I was hoping to get your feedback good or bad as to what you think my opportunities or problems will be. Please advise !!
Thanks in advance for your comments.

Never, ever, do both inspection and agent on the same property or client. Some states prohibit the practice but it is a conflict of interest everywhere.
