UL67 11th R2003 Panelboards

"12.3.10 An individual terminal shall be provided for the connection of each branch-circuit neutral conductor."

Can someone please help me find when this rule was first added to the UL Standard?

Has to do with 408.21 or 408.41 in the 02 and 05 NEC

Beyond what I know.

I would think ... that it came out in the standard previous to the 2002 NEC code change, or, (depending on the cycle of the UL standard versus the NEC) the next version published.

That would go back to a code change submitted between 1996 and 1999 prior to the end of the code change submittal period - sometime between there and the adoption of the 2002 NEC in late 2001.

You referenced 2003, what is the next earlier revision of UL 67?
