Default Inspection industry makes history with the first .edu domain extension being awarded.

.edu domains are limited to post-secondary organizations and universities that are institutionally accredited. ?Institutionally accredited? means that the entire institution and not just a particular program or department is accredited by an agency on the U.S. Department of Education?s list of Nationally Recognized Accrediting Agencies.
Other schools, like elementary schools, high schools, middle schools, and even charter schools are not eligible to register a .edu domain. It is reserved solely for accredited post-secondary schools, colleges, and universities.
InterNACHI has been awarded a .edu domain: https://internachi.edu

Why is it none of your professors, whoever they are, answer questions on this board?

InterNACHI's message board is about 90 times larger and more active, so that is where they answer questions.

    Jack,

It appears that Lisa is acknowledging that this board, while it may have fewer members than their 'Titanic' message board, that THIS board ... is THE place to go for information ... so she trolls away here hoping to snag whatever she can when she chums the water.

Roy must have learned a new word, and has been using it to correctly identify himself and his self-importance.

Let's start with his domain name: http://www.1stproinspection.com/my-promise-to-you.html

    1st? pro?

    Followed by:

    Roy Lewis Certified Master Inspector

He needs to make sure that he tells everyone that he is what he thinks he is, and he likely even has a paper certificate to back it up.

Oh! Look children ! #Jerry Peck in my opinion is a fake.
#Ask the code man is a joke. #Jerry Peck the self proclaimed know it all.
#Jerry Peck #Ask the code man is the way he shows himself self importance, to which he has none....
You wouldn't go over to NACHI because they will see right through you as nothing.

    Roy Lewis,

I don't want to go over there, especially if your posts and actions here represent the childish nature of participants and posters over there - and your posts here give me ... rather ... GIVES ALL OF US ... no reason to think that you, or anyone else over there, posts and acts any differently there than you present to us here.

With such childish actions being accepted over there (based on your examples presented to us here) ... why would we want to go back to kindergarten play time there?

#Oh! Look children! Roy Lewis linked to Jerry Peck's Florida Standard Inspector License!
#Oh! Look children! Jerry Peck is actually licensed by the State of Florida to do the following code inspections:
    Building
    Coastal Construction
    Commercial Electrical
    1&2 Family Dwelling
    Mechanical
    Plumbing
    Residential Electrical
#Oh! Look children! The sky is falling ... Jerry Peck actually has licenses to do what he is doing.

#Oh! Look children! None of Jerry Peck's licenses self-proclaim to be "master" ... unlike some home inspectors who self-proclaim themselves to be "master" at inspecting.

#Oh! Look children! Roy Lewis, you really have set the bar for yourself so low ... yet you continue to be able to crawl underneath it. Bravo!
