    Default Stab-in devices with AFCI's

Another question that's been on my mind: I had a job where the AFCI was tripping excessively for the Msr Bed/Bath lighting cct. After reworking all devices WITHOUT using any stab-in's the tripping occured much less often but still was tripping a few times a week as opposed to 10X/day. Then I replaced the AFCI brkr and have not had any issues since. Does anyone know of research/studies done regarding the use of stab-in's vs hard twisted splices under binding screws? If so I would appreciate any links or references. Thanks again!
