    Default Wet Outside Walls

    Hi! Guys,

    Can you tell why the wall is wet here above and under the Window? Please see attached Pic.

    There are several possibilities.
    Water draining from the roof down inside the wall and finally showing on the brick.
    A leaking pipe or fixture at the 2nd story.
    Some problem with flashings on the wall.
    And could be something unusual.

    But it looks like something that you should have evaluated more sooner than later.

    If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

    Waaaay too little information to go on. We don't know what is going on in the interior. We don't know what is going on above. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but even that can be inadequate.

    How about missing sprinkler head under window.
