Wet Outside Walls
Hi! Guys,
Can you tell why the wall is wet here above and under the Window? Please see attached Pic.

There are several possibilities.
Water draining from the roof down inside the wall and finally showing on the brick.
A leaking pipe or fixture at the 2nd story.
Some problem with flashings on the wall.
And could be something unusual.
But it looks like something that you should have evaluated more sooner than later.
If you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice.

How about missing sprinkler head under window.
