HAHAHA... whatever. The players in commercial inspections for large property acquisitions don't hire "home inspectors" posing as NACHI certified commercial inspectors whatever that is... to inspect large purchases.

They hire PCA consultants. NACHI is lame. Quite tryin to hose these inspectors into signing up for your bogus crap.

    Marc,

I almost did that price (okay, only $13-15k) on some of my 'plain old home inspections'.

Bragging about that on a commercial inspection, and NOT being a PCA consultant doing PCA inspections? Sure sounds fishy, not sure what it smells like though, I guess the passing the 'smell test' is up to the individual's senses.

Surely not all commercial transactions require Pest Control Advisors.
