    Direct vent?

    Important safety consideration:
It's critical that both tankless water heaters and high-efficiency furnaces have adequate ventilation to operate safely and efficiently. The installation of solid doors without louvered vents can lead to a buildup of heat and potentially hazardous gases if not properly vented to the outside. This setup could not only reduce the efficiency of your appliances but also pose serious safety risks. I recommend consulting with a licensed HVAC technician to evaluate the installation and consider adding louvered doors or external venting to comply with local codes and manufacturer specifications. Always ensure that any modifications or installations are permitted and inspected for safety.
