    Default A little rotation maybe?

    This affected at least 8 joists...and the living room floor showed it.

    Great job on going in the crawl and finding that.
    There are a lot of guys who won't even go in a crawl. Thats a doable but costly repair.
    Its ok though. They'll just screw a chunk of 2x4 underneath each joist with 3" drywall screws.
    No problem, I fix.

    Kind of a easy fix to re-support the joist ends (or he could go all out and jack up the joists to level), with the 2 x 4 nailed to the cripple wall. The cause of it all, though, might be a different story with fixing the rotation. Poor drainage around the perimeter, cracks in the foundation, and rotation - shown in the photo.
