    Default Condensation

Todays inspection had condensation on toilet, enough it was dripping onto floor. There was also condensation on the cold water piping in the crawlspace below.
Have seen condensation on toilets previously but not piping.
Would appreciate any thoughts &/or recommendations

The same principles that allow water to condense on a toilet tank apply to water pipes (or literally almost anything, with the right conditions).

The pipes can easily be insulated.

    Additional thoughts:
Condensation on toilets and piping in cooler spaces is common, particularly in areas with high humidity. In addition to insulation, which is an excellent recommendation, ensuring adequate ventilation in the crawlspace can further help reduce humidity levels and prevent condensation. For persistent issues, a dehumidifier might be necessary to maintain lower humidity levels, protecting both the structure and plumbing components from moisture-related damage.
