Default New homeowner ready to learn!

Just moved into a 20yr/old house in NW Houston TX. It passed inspection with only minor findings. First thing that I noticed that wasn't mentioned during inspection was a burping sink from the AC drain! I'm learning about adequate traps today!

Just a comment - houses do not 'pass' or 'fail' home inspections, home inspections just reveal what the home inspector sees.

Some home inspectors 'see more' and other home inspectors 'see less', which depends on several things, such as what they look for, their experiences before becoming a home inspector, their experiences during their home inspection career, just to name a few things which makes each home inspector 'different' than other home inspectors.
