Default Industry standard for the installation of kitchen cabinets

Hello again, so I work as an IE for the CA contractors board and and am writing a report for some damaged cabinets... I need to attach the installation to some sort of code or standard... is anyone aware of any "standard" which lays out the manner or care to which cabinetry is to be installed?
    TIA
    Marc

Merillat used to put one out. I probably have an old printed copy in a file somewhere. I'm sure somebody puts one out these days.
Can I suggest bullet point #1 for the report?
How about ' no drywall screws for wall hung cabinets'
Beyond that, and just speculating here, if you are going to discuss damaged cabinets per the installation, not sure you are going to find what you need.
As reference, I was taught the first thing to do after you unpack the cabinets is to remove the doors and drawers and store them somewhere safe. Hang the cabinets, wait to everyone else is pretty much done and reinstall doors and drawers. Amazing how much better a kitchen looked with drawers and doors that didn't get scuffed up during general finishing.
On the other hand, I see guys all the time nowadays setting cabinets with doors and drawers in place. It shows all too often.

Ah, workmanship standards, like the tile and marble institute have for tile and marble ...Not sure they exist, but I'll do some searching for any.
