    Default Encapsulated crawlspaces

Has anyone had any firsthand experience with an encapsulated crawlspace system over several seasons?
This system does not seem to qualify for the no ventilation exceptions in that the perimeter walls are not being insulated & conditioned air is not being supplied to the crawlspace. (the system that I have been presented with)

There's a wealth of info on the internet on your request and I suggest you fire-up your Google search skills. Joe Lstiburek has some interesting theories on this subject.

Replace the 'xxxx' with 'http', then copy it and paste that address in your web browser address location area, the go to it.

    John,
