    Default Foundation reporting

    Ready for the weekend. Well I am curious how most inspectors would note this in a report. I would really appreciate your input.

    I would not be overly concerned. Looks maybe like where an addition was added . I see no displacement. If it has a basement you could recommend a professional crack repair company for water issues.

    I would tend to agree with Matt. Looks like a cold pour joint. Should be sealed. Except, I would recommend an amateur or fly-by-night crack repair company.
