Default Stranded conductor split under two terminal screws?

I came across a stranded conductor (large diameter) on the bus bar with the strands split under two terminal screws. I have never seen this before. Does anyone have any information on this?

    Thank You

I've seen it a few times. It's not right, of course. Should terminate on a single properly sized lug.

Thanks. It didn't look right and just wanted to be sure before I reported on it.

It frightened me when you accepted my word for it. At least the old thread has the JP stamp on it.
