after you click on "post reply"
type in your reply, then scroll down the page to "upload photos"

when you click on that a "pop up" will appear that allows you to "browse" your hard drive for the pics.

Find what you want and click on "upload"

it'll take a while, depending on the size of your pic. (keep them to a size smalletrthan 195k)

You can use a FREE program like "Irfanview" to scale the pics down to size.

Once the pics are uploaded, they'll show up on your post as attachments.

    Randy,

Hard to tell from those photos, but, yeah, an engineer could have designed that with those plywood gussets.

Of course, though, 'could have' would need to be verified with paperwork showing 'they did'.

Just one last reply on this (by the way thanks victor)
The one thing that concernd me that the photo did not reflect was along the length of those trusses there was an obvious sag in those runs;which set off the red light in me..

I have seen this type of truss construction many times. Date of construction pre-dates the 1980's. The only way to verify if they were engineered is with documentation. Good luck locating them. Do to the sagging of a top cord, perhaps now is a good time to have a engineer evaluate the condition.

Professionally done... maybe-- by a professional carpenter (meaning someone who does this for a living).

This appears as a field design/ repair and not a pre-construct engineered design.

My money is on the carpenter (not Bobby or Rob).
