Flippers Getting Lazier Every Day

This house had a powder room installed right next to the bathroom in what looks to have been a linen closet. They didn't even bother to run the vent pipes to the exterior.

Pic #1 is a little hard to see but it shows a view of the vent pipe right next to the attic hatch with the sink directly below.

Pic #2 faintly shows the tail piece for the sink drain line sleeved into the vent stack. You could see water running into the pipe with the sink running.

Pic #3 is the vent stack for the toilet.

Just to show you some more plumbing prowess displayed in this house, pic #4 is of the drain lines beneath the bathroom in the basement. And three of the five sink drain lines in the house leaked when tested.

I came across a house once that was done like that because they were hiding the fact they were doing any renovations. They didn't want holes in the roof to give it away to inspectors driving by.

I heard a flipper tell one of his drywall people to seal the attic scuddle hole so no one can get in the attic to inspect anything. ????????
