    Default Water heater installation

    Is this installation acceptable? A friend sent this photo and I told him no due to improper clearance. Any thoughts.

    Mathew,

    Pex is Combustible ( saw some after it popped and put out a kitchen fire. )

    The Gas line in the back looks like it is not properly supported.
