    Is there an exception to the prohibition of the kitchen utility (small appliance outlet) circuits powering lighting in the case of under-cabinet lights?

    210.52(B)(2) states that: No other outlets. The two or more SABC specified in 210.52(B)(1) shall have no other outlets.
