    Default Skylight flashing new construction

The flashing here does not look properto me but I could not determine skylight brand to look up flshing details. It appears to me that moisture could penetrate between the metal edge at the side of the skylight and the rubbberized flashing installed. Any input?

    Thanks,

    Eric

    Report what you see:
I do not have the installation instructions available and therefore cannot determine if the skylight was installed as per the instructions, however I did or did not find evidence of a leak at the skylight. All roof penetrations, (plumbing vents, Attic vents, skylights, etc.) will in time leak. Skylights can also drip water, in cold or cooler weather, moisture in the house can condense on the inside of the skylight and may drip down.
