    Default Long time lurker

    Hello Everyone,
    My name is Bud. I've been a home inspector for about 2 years. The HomeTeam Inspection Service has been my life since I signed the franchise agreement. I'm a longtime lurker. I've been picking up insights and researching topics to complete my reports for some time. I'm a relatively new member and love this site. I'm introducing myself today with the attached, excellent image from a recent inspection of a 4-unit that is inherently evil. The realtor wanted me to meet Earl the contractor, but he left for supplies. Hope the image uploads. LO f'n L
