Default Can you ID this item on AC zone control ?

I found this in the attic of a 2000 sq foot two story home with one AC unit. The house had a thermostat downstairs which controlled all HVAC function and an additional thermostat upstairs that is most likely connected to this zone control unit that I assume moves a damper to direct air upstairs. This unit had an electrical pump. First time I have run into this type of unit. I have seen many Honeywell electronic damper units but not one with a pump on it.

    .
    Gene,

It is an Aftermarket add on that uses compressed air to seal off / open the Zones as programed by the homeowner.

    added:

The wire nut & electrical taped ( lamp cord ? ) is an improper connection.
