    Default Void at garage block

    This 1995 slab on grade townhome had an open area at the garage wall.

    Why do you suppose this is there?

    There were no indications of failure at this area.

    Would you recommended filling in the void.

    Looked fine! Block on the outside, no cracks. There was a downspout in the corner and no settling was observed. Seems kinda strange.
