Handyman lived at this morning's inspection for 37 years. I should have charged more.

I always love it when I hear, "You probably won't find anything wrong, the seller is a contractor." I tell them in that case it will be double the fee

I just saw on the news that they pulled a million bucks worth of pot out of one of those row houses today.
Now there's a handyman.
