I would use common sense on this one.

Re: Plant growth in crawlspaces
Jeff, would you want plants growing up out of the ground in a crawlspace in your house? Would you leave them there? Plus, think about why it is growing there to begin with. Is the crawlspace particularly damp? Is water getting in? Is it a concrete floor that has cracked and now has the plant growing through it?
No offense but this is a no-brainer Jeff.

Bill,
Being that is in Las Vegas, someone would smoke it. I'd bet on it.

While on the subject, check these out. Someone needed a landscaper years ago.

Rick, they could make a horror movieout of that, "The House Eating Plants!" with a sequel "Bugs!"

Jim,
I didn't get the pictures of the cockroaches in this place. They were so fast the camera could pick them up.
Those that were dead and on their back looked like a Volkswagen accident.
My client called this morning and said he "decided" to walk on this one after seeing the report. One of the longest I've ever written up for a home of this age.
Booked another one for him, but he said it was a foreclosure also. Oh the fun we have.
Rick
