Default Glue lam connection to foundation wall

This is a first. Do the 2x6's need to be properly anchored to the foundation in this installation or is the majority of the support supplied by the metal bracket, if that is the correct terminoloy.

Bad installation. The bracket is not intended for such use and the 2x's can decay when bearing on what appears to be a concrete surface which is likely not intended as having a load bearing function.

That might not be an attempt to support the Glulan , but rather securing a deck or porch on the other side of the wall against lateral movement per R502.2.2.3:

The support (or lack thereof), lack of restraint against rotation, etc. would still need to be addressed, of course.
