Default Houston, TX Building Inspection Appendix R

Appendix R is claimed to guide inspectors, presumably but not necessarily only AHJ inspectors, in evaluating recycled components. I read about it but haven't been able to locate it. Anybody have a handle on it? It's mentioned in the 2013 Texas Review Press book Resurrecting Trash.

Not sure about Appendix R, but I find most of my code books @ https://archive.org/search?query=Texas+Building+Code

Kind thanks, Joe. I happen to avoid the internet archive and its aliases in order to discourage intellectual property theft. This extends even to material the pirate site posts that is in the public domain. As fa as I'm concerned, anarchists have every right to freely share their own property, but not other people's.
