handyman seller
Handyman lived at this morning's inspection for 37 years. I should have charged more.

I always love it when I hear, "You probably won't find anything wrong, the seller is a contractor." I tell them in that case it will be double the fee

This place was in Media, Nick, but it was as bad as anything I've seen in Philly.
