HOLE IN THE ROOF AND CRAWLSPACE
hey all
didn't know where to post this tread--because it goes from roof to deck to crawl space--
2003 house in north colorado, starting on the roof, roofer hold on hook,and no cover,water in attic because of it, mold like substance under insulation, gable vent or should i say gable hole, not cut out
crawl space joist,with special sister brace.last but not least upward sloping trex deck with lack of supports. and water heater negative vent run
seller agent said house was clean and inspection wouldn't take long
all in a day guys

They probably built the deck like that expecting it to settle.
Oh yeah, don't forget to tie your shoes........
