    Default Creative Sump Pump Liner

Sump pump installer was creative. Implemented a cost savings measure to install the pump.

Roughneck trash cans now have an alternate purpose

How did you report this? I'm wondering if you reported it as "Functions as intended" the way the realitors want/are pushing the NC HI board to require or if you may have mentioned something to the effect of inappropriate materials were used?

The trash can does not function as intended. The can is riddled with holes so can not be used as a trash can.

It does not function as intended for a sump pump liner because it cannot provide adequate structural resistance once the holes are punched through the walls and bottom.

I used to say that, and know others who did also, however, with things like that, *the house* did not commit suicide ... *the owners/previous owners* murdered the house, it was "dead at the scene", or "dead upon my arrival".

Just curious. I agree with your statement. Besides, if that was the most signficant issue you discovered I doubt it killed the deal. It was amusing though.
