The best way to repair those cut floor joists is....
with some trim boards from the old bathroom cabinet..... man, I'm really getting tired of these Flip houses.
Every now and then you get to have a little laugh while you are crawling on your belly like a reptile.

Is this the same house with the cut trusses?
What is sad is that some unfortunate couple is going to end up with a 25 year mortgage on that place, and the flippers are free to hit another place. Somebody should bust them.
