Basement inspection

Inspected my 2nd house with basement yesterday. It was also the 3nd house I have ever seen with a basement (not vary many basements around here). The 1st house had MAJOR problems, BIG cracks EVERYWHERE in the foundation walls, water stains on the floor, sliding door was jammed because of settling. This one wasn't so bad; only had mold, smelled somewhat like a sewer, 1/2" carpet pad was soaked, etc...
