    Default Anyone Tried ProKnees

Anyone tried these out for home inspection? I am tired of my knee pads always falling down to my shins. Was wondering about this type, but not sure how they are across an attic or for what we do at a home inspection.

I was using my motocross knee/shin pads and really like that they did not slip down or rock back and forth on my knees. However the velcro wore out, I am getting ready to buy a better pair, great value at $30. See link for example.

They are way too clunky for my taste. If I was working on my knees for long periods of time (installing tile, carpet, etc), I might go for them. But for the limited time I wear knee pads, I'm fine with what I use now.

I have used the original pro knees for years for flooring and trim work and I agree they would be too bulky and uncomfortable for inspections. However, they have a new model out AP-16 that I have also and they are alot smaller and would be ideal as they give you more flexibility.
