Re: Think you have saw it all ?
That breaker must control a life support system for someone to be that serious to keep it from being cut off.

Re: Think you have saw it all ?
Does give new meaning to the term "breaker handle", though.

Re: Think you have saw it all ?
Heck, it's an FPE! That was just a waste of time, I doubt it would trip anyway!

Is a tetanus shot also needed to handle that panel?

I smell an insurance job (read future house fire). Or maybe this was the breaker for the stove on the meth lab job I read about last week.......

Re: Think you have saw it all ?
Did it effectively ground that handle to the cover?
Was it an approved grounding screw and not a sheet metal screw?
Actually, given as that was an FPE panel, that handle may not have been installed there to keep someone from turning that breaker off, that handle may have been put there to help grasp the cover during removal while holding the breakers in place with the other hand so the breakers did not fall out when the cover was removed.

Hey, I like it.
I bet in an emergency, you could screw 2 of them together and us it as a draw pull!
