What were they thinking when adding a second floor
When this house was built in the 30's, it was a singles story house. Somebody converted the attic into living space and forgot about a few items such as proper head room leading from first floor to second floor (A little over 5 1/2 feet), no heat vents on the second floor and not fully installing insulation where the flat part of the roof was located.
The house was bought as a flip and was made to look nice inside. Between what was noted above and the major movement of the sill plate plus some other problems, I don't know if the guys that are flipping this house is going to make any money.
