This first photo the guy puts 2 locks on the side and one in the center of the garage man door as the handle!

Same house photo #2 the guy put form rubber around the water heater vent pipe to save on his heating bill!!!

Funny Stuff!
2 locks is a good idea. You just lock the lower one. Anybody picking the locks will inadvertantly be locking themselves out every time they try to get in.

A fire is not likely at that water heater vent as there is no longer any combustion air.

About two years ago, a client stated blankly that "there is no reason any more", meaning people just do not think about any thing any longer. It IS getting worse, it seems!
