Hello All,

I have a client that has a client that needs an inspector in the Sacrament Ca area.

I want to make sure that I get them some good referrals. Do any of you know of a very good inspector in that neck of the woods?

I would also like to see a sample report. I will let you know I am not big on check list reports and would prefer someone who does good thorough and detailed inspections and narrative reporting.

The Earl Scheib inspector need not apply ; )
