Does anyone know the minimum hot water temperature for apartments in Los Angeles? Not California code. The housing inspector said Los Angeles had different standards.

CA has lots of "different standards"! I love the labels that say "Has been known to cause cancer in California"....... Nothing about it doing it in other locations makes me want to stay out of that state!
