Wind Mitigation forms in Fl

Can anyone tell me how many hurricane bars a garage door needs to qualify for the "hurricane" portion of the "opening protection". Number "8" of the Wind Mitigation form.

I would not rate it by number of bars, it needs to have a IMPACT RATING on the door or at lease engineering drawings stating it's 140 mph or better.
