FHA Housing Requirements

I've searched here at IN and found nothing. I'm looking for FHA minimum requirements for housing. I found a list here (link), this list appears outdated and possibly not accurate (I heard they have laxed the guidelines more recently). This LINK has guidelines for new housing, but what about older homes?
