Air Conditioner A/C exterior drain line

Just wondering if there is a problem with an A/C exterior drain line that gives on a roof.

The main problem I see is an opening which is inviting rodents and insects into the house through that expressway tunnel. ;)

Condensate on the roof? Should not be there either, but if they address the item above, this will be taken care of too. :)

I don't see a problem if the penetration around the drain pipe is sealed. It's just water being extracted from the air.
